Welcome to Vermont! We really wanted a great venue to allow everyone joining us to have a relaxing, fun weekend without all the hassle of travel logistics. Your room is on us and already set up - all you need to do is show up, move in, get some snacks & beer for the weekend, and have a great time!
Important stuff first:
Check In Times - Any time after 3pm on Friday, October 29th
Check Out Times - Before 11am on Sunday, October 31st*
All accommodations have a full kitchen & bathrooms. There are three total cabins we have booked - The Mansfield House, The Pond House, and the Wilderness Cabin. The majority of guests will be in the main building, the Mansfield House, which will also serve as the main function hall for Saturday dinner (and most group oriented hangouts).
While everyone attending is vaccinated, we will be asking everyone the please wear a mask while inside either the kitchen or the function room of the Mansfield House (with the exception of while you are actually eating). Additionally, please respect others who choose to extend the range of where they wear a mask in social situations (they likely have a good reason to do so as we have several essential workers attending this event). If someone has a mask on, please put yours up if you’re in their vicinity in an indoor space.
Finally - please respect the space of our two chefs - Jason & Brad while they work on Saturday. The Mansfield House has two kitchens in it, and we will try to make sure everyone has access to what they need for their own food for the weekend - but Jason and Brad are running the show in there and will need a bit more room than can be allowed by a lot of coming and going of other guests.
